there is a service like that in bot2k3, it called ascii mode , although its been disabled for about 3 weeks or so,  but all u do is send  a pic to the bot and it send back a html file with ur picture

Like some said in this thread Toogle uses the first image it finds with a google search, and your desktop is the first image... In other words, it IS your desktop...
