another MSN glitch by s7a5 on 09-01-2004 at 03:46 AM

its been a pretty long time im using msn messenger but never saw anything like this happening before.
My bro in law who resides in US is using Windows Messenger like millions other users, he has very little knowledge about MSN and uses it mostly to communicate with me. Before he used one account (lets name it abc@hotmail.com), but later he switched to another (lets name it 123@hotmail.com) and i have him added in my list as both accounts, but what i discovered is somehow when he writes me a message from 123@hotmail.com i never see him online in my list, in fact i never see him even offline and he just doesnt exist.
As i said that he uses right now 123@hotmail.com his nickname is abc@hotmail.com (yes exactly his previous email adress), i asked him if he put it by himself in his nickname and he said yes.
here is an example in the conversation window header

quote:
To: abc@hotmail.com <123@hotmail.com>
So it means that there is some kind of glitch in msn that allows others to do not see you in the contact list under those circumstances (probably).
I havent experimented  it by myself yet cuz i dont have enough time but im sure u guys probably will.
I know its kinda hard to understand what i wrote but give it a try ;)

What your saying isn't very clear, especially when I need to do a million other things than confuse myself....
