Hey guys, I was wondering what the Octal equivalent to the forums IP address is. Now you may think this is strange of a person to ask but let me explain. At work they have blocked out these forums (cause I visited them so much). So since we use a proxy at work all traffic goes through it first. Now if you enter an Octal equivelant to an IP address it will go around the proxy and back. So if anyone could help me out with this it would be great if not I guess I will just have to suffer.

Well, the integer equivalent of 216.127.83.77 is 3632223053. Using the Windows calculator to convert that to "Oct" results in 33037651515. I dunno if that will work... I've never even heard of octal IP addresses till now. :p

the octal address doesn't work for me, but the decimal one does.

edit: however the cookies are not properly sent and I'm not logged in using that address (also i didn't rtied to login :P) Also the :banana: image is shown as a 2x2 image ¬¬

Thats a side effect of WDZ's htaccess/php script that protects all the images in that directory from being externally linked.
