Want a Gmail signature to the forum? I'll collect a list of them here, so if one is missing, post. (I used this thread originally to ask where to get them).

How to use: Just write the part before the @ and the image after it. Simple.

How to use: Write the adress http://www.obsidian-blade.co.uk/gsig/gmail.php/XXXXXX/gmail.png into the adress bar, where XXXXXX is your Gmail username, save the image (or use that adress) and you're done.

Well, I see that the Gmail sigs at obsidian-blade.co.uk have been taken down, and replaced with 2000x2000 pixel GIFs. What an asshole. :-/ He could have used a smaller image. :p

If I had the script for that, I'd upload it here for MsgPlus forum members to use. I don't really feel like making my own... well, anyone know what font it was? Or anyone have the original base image? :p

Edit: Never mind, found a gmail.psd file, and figured the font looks like a 10pt Arial.

Oh, thats why my sig was deleted. Lucky I saved the pic on my comp :D

I mailed the guy about it (front news says that it is coming back sometime). I asked if he could share the script. We'll see.

I've already made a script that would be a decent replacement, though I don't think it's as good as his. :-/

No, I'm still working on the hotlink protection... I'll put it online once I think it's ready, probably tomorrow morning. |-)

Aww crap, this server doesn't have FreeType installed, which means I can't use imagettftext(), which means I can't use the Arial font, which means the Gmail image can't look good.

Oh well... all that work for nothing. :p
