Well now this is what my screen looks like when I view a thread 
...I deleted the cookies/temp files and it still did it...

happens sometimes to me too, you have to keep refreshing. I think it that the css isn't taking effect.

It's not loading the CSS and as such causes problems with the page layout. Try loading the URL: http://shoutbox.menthix.net/mp3me.css and then re-visit the forums. It might help. it might not. Good luck.

Wth? I click that link and it asks me to download it and then asks me what to open it with
Also here is another screenie,anyways lets try and switch forum skins and see if it helps! Cause i changed the otherday to the default one from shady

ah, that always happens with me...but i use mozilla firefox...i had an idea before what happened, but i cant think of it now. ill update if i remember...

It's just that it couldn't get the CSS file like wj said. CTRL+F5 should fix that
