i would say its sign-in, but to be coherent with MSN Messenger should be Sign in...
However not a major bug and i doubt anyone actually cares

Normal English phrasal verbs (give up, take off, etc.) don't have dashes between them, I don't see why Sign In or Log In should, since they are just that: phrasal verbs.
