i can log on to msn fine...and everythings lurvely until i try and open a conversation window with someone or they try and talk to me.  i get a msn messenger box thingy with a red circle with a white cross in it that says

"We were unable to start a conversation with <contact>.  You may want to try again"

its really weird...and on other xp user accounts, msn is fine...i dont know if it has anything to do with plus or not...but i just happen to know that this is a really helpful forum

You have poberly installed the handwriting plugin. But you didn't install the required Ink Redistributables, or you didn't install them correctly... When you install the Ink Redistributables make sure you install them with the option "for all users" / "everybody" instead of "current user only"...
