A plugin to create your own /x commands which open an application you choose?

Workaround 
Find the location on your computer of where the application is...say for example "C:\Program Files\1337\WDZ_Slapping_With_Trout.exe"...set up a quicktext with the below;
code:and set the quicktext as /wdzslapping...now save...
/run C:\Program Files\1337\WDZ_Slapping_With_Trout.exe
Whenever you type /wdzslapping you launch the application (btw, WDZ Slapping was only an example, you can do it with any application)
