To access the feature you simply need to open the Options of MSN Messenger and the window from Messenger Discovery should appear at the side. If it doesn't open Outlook Express then the preferences if the window attaches to that then the bug I reported long ago still hasn't been fixed.

Yeah I fixed that feature matty, but it used subclassing and in VB everyone knows subclassing crashes the VB IDE. I commented out the bit of code that made it work but forgot to uncomment it when releasing. I don't really like this feature anyway
