Well its the opposite!:
I do know for VB but i dont know for C++ 
How to do it:
There is a small program called "VB Shaped form creator" and its free!
Download it from here: http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/windows/10282
Then design how you want your form to be
