What does error code 0x81000370 mean

Please take a look at we are unable to sign you in the net manager service, 0x81000370

I reckon its my router totally blockin it, i dont have firewall etc up.
so i dunno how its blocking it ive tried near nuff anything i can think of as well as unticking proxy setting and filling them. bith for failure lol.

but thats one the first times I got that msg it usually just stops. and gives no msg.

Guess am busted been tring for days now, with no progress.

check the 3rd last post on this forum I found abuot the error message.
