how do u install shockwave player on firefox...i tryed to play a game (www.shockwave.com) and it sed install shockwave so i did but firefox just says 'the document contains no data'

What firefox version?
Try Control Panel > Add/Remove programs
Right now I can't watch .wmv files in firefox.....dodgy incompatible WMP 10 series

the newest version...i only jus got it from mozilla.com

but have you tried un-installing shockwave through add/remove programs? If you have, try un-installing and re-installing firefox too

why would i need to uninstall shockwave?
