hey umm i recently downloaded Messenger Plus! Version: 3.21.0104
and wenever i type (!IP) it freezes my msn for bout 30 secs then un freezes and doesnt send my ip 
.. is this a bug.. how would ifix it ??

It's a problem with my server... it will be fixed today.
