ok file transfer plus dosnt work for me ive tried sending a file through it but it just says waiting and yes the other person has got the plugin and yes i have got a firewall and it is on dmz mode what do i do?...also i was just wondering if there was a simple .reg speed limit edit if there is please tell me.it wud make me very

I haven't had a chance to test the plugin yet but this might fix your issue I am not sure. If you have a router make sure that which ever port is used for the file transfer (not sure which it is) is allowed to send information through the ports. Which firewlal are you using?

im using a linksys WRT45G and my internet connetion is already tweaked to the max.

Does File Transfer Plus detect your external IP address (that is shown in a transfer request) correctly? If not, look at the Connection settings. Probably, you'll have to 'detect you IP automatically'. If it still doesn't work, you can workaround the problem by enabling 'passive mode', but then your contacts must be able to send you files in normal mode.
