I want to know if a user in my messenger don't admit me, I can confirmed that is right viewing the contact information?

If by admit you mean add you to there contacts then you can.
If you go to MSN's personal settings (The part where you can change your display name)
Then click the privacy tab
And there is a bit that says "See who has added you to their contact list" Next to that is a button that says View. Click that and it has a list of people that have added you to there contacts.
If the person you want to check is listed then they have.
