Anyone knows where to download Messenger Discovery plugins? Or do they just not exist?

I certainly haven't seen any, but then again, the plugin API for MD is not documented anywhere.

the MD plugin api isnt very powerfull it only lets you do very basic things like change name , status , get online contacts emails and stuff
so its pretty hard to write a decent plugin that can do something new...when all the stuff you can use is well useless

My excuse for making the API limited is so that people can't blame MD for certain things. I mostly added what is there so people can change the nickname easily.

Are you adding more to the API for version 3?
Also, you may want to look into stopping it running Windows Messenger when you use a feature.
