Sorry folks if this has been covered b4 but could not find a posting.
I have just undated my Norton 2003 anti virus to 2004 and now only Windows Messenger works - I am told by a dialogue box when I try to open MSN Messenger with PLUS that I have no internet connection.
Any ideas people?
I can use Windows Messenger, but much prefer MSN & The Patchou product.

Check to see if on the nort on internet appications list in the firewall setting isn't blocking msn.

Its for sure the firewall settings somewhere
