Idea: Nickname from text file by Veggie on 10-27-2004 at 05:23 PM
would it be possible to change your current nickname to the first line (or random multiple lines) of a text file, which is stored on a webserver?
would need to be auto refreshed etc
this would be useful for webmasters to have dynamic nicknames powered from their website,
just a thought..

i guess this would be possible with a plugin
i like the idea so i hope it can be made

already done (but nick is not stored on a server but in a local file).... searching the forums...

yeah but the idea is so that people can use serverside languages to alter the text file to make it dynamic
