can you explain what you mean by "it wont let me"?
is it a downloading problem via your browser? what site are you downloading from? which plugin are you downloading? what browser are you using? etc....

Right well im all new 2 this u see n when just downloadin the odd few like the slapper plug-in and it sez its downloaded n then i cant seem 2 find it anywhere!

first of all, where are you downloading the file from? if possible, can you paste the link to that page?

you need to INSTALL the plugin. run the file you download
