I just found out this add-on from http://www.msnshell.com/ for MSN Messenger can allow one to use display picture of unlimited size! The other end does not need such add-on installed in order to see the big-sized display pic. Awsome~!

Hope Messenger Plus will add similar function. 
Additional features include:
- Auto Hide Msn Messenger to the screen's border.
- Easy create, edit, delete personal MSN Messenger 'bookmark'.
- Ability to login in invisitble mode, and multiple login to different accounts
- More MSN games!
- Added hand-writing feature for input from mouse or pad
- remove max 5 pictures limit with any size
- extend ability to have display picture of Any size.
- (not sure what it is, don't know how to translate this one)
- lock mode for improving pravicy
- Load at startup, menu added onto MSN Messenger.

TRAITOR! "StuffplugNG" - a plugin for plus! already have this feature along with other awesome features!!!

and most of those other features are included in Messenger Discovery, and many people use that with messenger plus! (with the plugin stuffplug ng)
