At the moment, it acts in the same way as /nick. Is it possible in future versions of Plus to have an equivalent that behaves like /nick2?

Well, the only reason I added this command was to avoid some of you the painful transform/copy/past operations. However, the fact remains that it can cause several UI glitches and its even more true in Messenger 7.
