hi all RE: MSN Technology by .Roy on 11-06-2004 at 07:26 PM uhh i completly dont understand what you are talking about.. But i think what you mean is if you dont reply to someone after 2 minutes then there will be an auto message saying something.. Right?.. I think this is possible because we already have an automatic back... I am not a programmer myself so i woudlnt know anything about this -_- Try talking to other programers on the forum like The Blasphemer for example.. He is really good at this RE: MSN Technology by gravedigger[CH] on 11-07-2004 at 09:51 AM

I'm on Linux, but I'm sure you could probably develop a Plugin for MsgPlus (Visual Basic, ++) whatever else you windows people use. RE: MSN Technology by CookieRevised on 11-08-2004 at 02:17 AM
quote:He wants to make his own program, not a plugin for Plus! quote:You'll need to learn the Messenger protocol. And on this forum you'll find not much info about that. Try other forums which are more specialized in that (like MSNFanatic). Here are a bunch of links which will give you more then enough info to start: http://www.mess.be/ (almost everything about Windows/MSN Messenger; mostly downloads of pics, "handy" tools, patches, addons, skins, etc. Though not that much technical info) http://forums.msnfanatic.com/ (more "technical" forum about Windows/MSN Messenger, you'll find much stuff, sources, etc. for programming related to Messenger) http://hypothetic.org/docs/msn/ (Thé source for the Messenger protocol. A "must-visit" for you ) http://www.maldivianunderground.net/blobsy/ (Open-source example of a bot, will teach you a lot) http://www.botwork.com/ (Site which lists many (all?) Messenger bots of which some are open source) http://www.openmsn.org/ (Open-source example in VB of a complete Messenger client using the Windows/MSN Messenger protocol) RE: MSN Technology by gravedigger[CH] on 11-08-2004 at 05:54 PM
