Change all instances of maxVersion="0.10" to maxVersion="1.0". RE: Firefox by RaceProUK on 11-07-2004 at 04:29 PM

RE: Firefox by aNILEator on 11-07-2004 at 05:02 PM bach_M....that made no difference to RC2, i can live without extensions for 2 days till final RE: Firefox by tomfletcherman on 11-07-2004 at 07:27 PM I went to the extensions website, and pressing install does nothing, however I can downlaod the files but do not know where to put them. How do you install the extensions, I'm using ff 0.9.3 RE: Firefox by ddunk on 11-07-2004 at 07:32 PM Save them to where ever, open the Extensions window in firefox and Drag and Drop the file to the window. RE: Firefox by tomfletcherman on 11-07-2004 at 07:54 PM I did that with ad block, and it didn't show up afterwards. RE: Firefox by EvilSeph on 11-07-2004 at 08:24 PM
To fix the non-supported-ness of Firefox extensions for RC1/2 do the following (or for any version really): RE: Firefox by tomfletcherman on 11-07-2004 at 08:26 PM
Thanks for that suggestion, but I found that all I had to do was to allow websites to install programs. RE: Firefox by EvilSeph on 11-07-2004 at 08:34 PM Hmm no, my suggestion was to the people wanting to use old versions of extensions with RC1/RC2 RE: Firefox by aNILEator on 11-07-2004 at 08:51 PM I'm just gonna wait a week then press the lovely blue button in the top right hand side of firefox that says UPDATE Firefox 1.0 by auhsor on 11-10-2004 at 03:03 AM
Just thought I would bump this to announce that Firefox 1.0 is out. Well thats in case you didnt realise, but I'm sure most people would have already known. RE: Firefox by _Humphreys on 11-12-2004 at 05:18 PM Is it true that Mozilla payed 55 thousand dollars for an advertisement of Firefox in the new york times or something along those lines?
