Now Look at The pic below .. this was posted by Blasphemer .. Now .... I LOVE THAT MSN SKIN & I LOVE THAT DISPLAY PICTURE TOO IN WHICH THE GUY IS STANDING & ALSO SEE THAT THE WINKS button is enabled in Chat Window tool box..
NOW SOME BODY HELP ME. ....
I WANT THAT STUFF.

as for the display pic, why dont you just use paint to trim it out?

MSN itself isn't skinned, it's a visual style.
It may be an old picture so therefore winks are enabled.
And you can just crop out the display picture as gnownoskcid said.
