Details:
*Msg Plus!               Ver 3.25.106 (Oct 20th 2004)

*Msn Messenger      Ver 6.2 (6.2.0137)
   =>Also occured in
   =>*Windows Messenger
        (Which i deleted for personal reasons)

*Windows XP SP1

Problem:

*My contacts are always seen as online (green) whenever Messenger Plus is activated, even those that are offline!

*If deactivated before Messenger programs are opened, problem does not arises.
   -> ie. Contacts online are green, Contacts offline are red.

* Given quite a lot of inconvenience to identify those online from those offline

*However, when i go to Plus!/Preferences/Contact List/Custom Names or Desktop contacts, I can see that those offline are in red while those online are in green

I have used Messenger plus for a long time and I have enjoyed large number of its priviledges. I hope this problem can be solved asap

I recall a while ago that the nVidia graphics drivers caused some of the problems you suggest. Do you have these drivers? If so, does upgrading to the latest version help?

did you try repairing/reinstalling msn messenger and plus! ?

Try using windows update to get the latest drivers.

Yea...

i m using Nvidia TNT2 M64
but I m quite sure that i have upgraded it to the newest
mayb a newer upgrade is available since my last upgrade
anyway, I will go n c whether there is a newer upgrade

this problem has occured before i formatted my HDD
n still has now
so i doubt that repairing would do
but anyway will try it out if the driver solution does not solve the problem
