Just a question... Why can members who cannot see the IP address of posters see IP Address: Logged? Would it be easier to put nothing?

Because it is a link which mods and admins can access.

its so if ur not logged in you can log in there to see the ip (as an admin)

because of WDZ's extensive hacks and mods to the board would mean that upgrading would lose a lot of them.
