Does any one no a free host for using when files get to big for this forum
add: also how do you put like banner sigures in this forum do u need a web host

If the files are below 100kb and are .gif's or .jp
g's then you can use my image uploader:
http://skarz.kaonet.net/upload/upload.php and then find the image in http://skarz.kaonet.net/upload/uploads/
to put a signature in. you would use:
[img]url here[/img] no doubt you knew that though

No because if you say put:
C:/Documents and Settings/???/???/???/???.jpg
then it would try and find that on the person who is viewing the pictures pc, and it is a high probability that this won't happen.. ever.

there are many uploading sites for pictures but not for files. If you want one for files then you can just get some free hosting and use its uploading

those two hosts have hotlink protection on ALL non-web document files.
1asphost.com and domaindlx.com are good and have no hotlink protection, but files such as .avi .mp3 .mpg etcetera are not allowed.

dus anyone no of file upload sites that take ANY file.....bit like www.streamload.com. ....only problem with that one is you can't host files for free. gd for transporting fings tho.
