I have set up a pop3 mail reach notice in the Messenger Plus and a mail-manage program to be run when I click the notice link.But,now when I click the mail notice link for hotmail mail account in the MSN Messenger interface,IE window is not opened,but the mail-manage programm start to run.

This is a known issue. A workaround is to leave "Account 1" empty in your POP E-mail prefereres and start entering your details in "Account 2".

When I said it's a known issue I meant that more people had reported it so I knew what you could do to avoid it. I don't know if Patchou has seen such threads already, or whether or not he considers it to be a bug or is already working on a fix :)

That's not a bug buta desired effect... itwill bedifferent in Messenger 7 though :).
