First of all this is in the wrong thread . RE: Problems with Msn Beta by leito on 12-10-2004 at 05:50 AM Could you give us more information, on version being used. quote:Yes i Did and still having problems with Messenger Plus RE: Problems with Msn Beta by gnownoskcid on 12-10-2004 at 06:39 AM As leito.gt said, make sure you download your copy of MSN Messenger 7 from the official site http://messenger.msn.com/beta/, now uninstall your current MSN messenger and reinstall with the installation file you download from the official site. Try it WITHOUT any patch to see if that works RE: Problems with Msn Beta by Patchou on 12-10-2004 at 09:57 AM Thsi problem seems to appear with people have Smiley Central installed, is that your case? please emailme at mplus@patchou.com, I would be interested to solve this problem with you. RE: Problems with Msn Beta by stevehanler on 12-20-2004 at 06:24 AM I had this same problem. I installed the Messenger 7 beta downloaded from the MSN site. The only thing i was using was the Plus 3.40 beta. I don't think it was plus causing the problem though because I ended the Plus process and reloaded Messenger and it still happened. Has anyone found a solution or even a cause yet? I am running XP home with all the updates and I do not have smiley central installed. |
