i installed Messenger Plus but it doesnt work i restarted the com and installed it again but it was no good.. what should i do?

messenger works but plus doesnt.. it says something like there has been a mistake that prevents the installation of plus. try to restart to computer or install it again

Hellgirl: shut down all applications that might prevent plus! from being installed such as AdWatch
