I'm making a plugin (in VB6) which needs a option window and I do't know how to do it.
Could you please help me???

just wait for the Configure method to be called

Yeah I know what does the Configure function but I wanted to know what code to use.

vbModal means it will disable plus until the form is closed. there is no other solution at the moment.
