I was wondering if anyone knew where i could find some BETA programs (public or accepting regestrations) , prefferbly customising programs and games!

This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but if you register as a Microsoft BETA tester you do sometimes get to test games. And I suppose some MS customising software, which imo isn't that good. But their X-BOX and PC games you can sign up to test at beta.microsoft.com/
