Firstly, when are they suposed to be finnished with upgrading all accounts to 250MB? Cuz mine is still at 2MB

i have an @msn.com email, that will also get upgraded, right?

And can u still use outlook express to get the mails after the upgrade, cuz i heard that you might not be able to?

I also have an @msn.com and it took fair too long for my upgrade.
I contacted an MSN representative.

First, I would like to apologize for the delayed response to your message. Every message that Hotmail receives is very important. Unfortunately, we recently received an extremely high volume of e-mail messages and are working diligently to catch up.

Please note that the upgrade is done automatically and by batch. Unfortunately, we do not have the exact date as to when your account will be upgraded and it may take time to complete the process so that all Hotmail users will be upgraded. However, I would like to assure you that your account would be upgraded soon as we are working very hard to implement the changes to all Hotmail accounts as soon as possible.

Tiffany, we will very much appreciate your patience at this time.

I suggest you have a go and question them.  After I got a response, my email storage upgraded to 250mb.

I just questioned why some users still have 10mb accounts.
Some 2mb ?



Just bring it to their attention that you've waited for a long time.
If that's the case.
