as i mentioned in a earlier thread, whats the point of Getting 64Bit Cpu's an Motherboards when theres really still  a lot more 32bit programs made than 64Bit, im not sure but for a lot of companies its not all that efficiant yet to be putting out 64Bit Programs , its like Plasma tv's. not everyone can afford to go out an buy a Digital Tv an its just as good to use the old analogue tv but stick a digital Box ontop of the old Tv,

In my case Windows XP reports that is 1.91 GHz. If you have 2131 MHz reported somewhere and you didn't do wierd things to your CPU setting then it's probally running just as fast or even faster as mine.Originally posted by traxor

You can always overclock if you wan't, but you probally need a better cooler for that. Also this may make your system unstable if you clock it too high. Do it at your own risk

In your bios you should be able to get it to run at the speed it should by fiddling around with the FSB and multiplier settings, if it is not in the bios you have a slightly older motherboard and you will find it in dip switches on the motherboard.Originally posted by traxor
