Hi there!
Is there any plugin to detect that someone has signed in as "offline"
Please do not refer me to Messenger Discovery.

No, there is no way to do this.

But this option only tell you if any of your contacts change his nick or disconect the messenger, żisn't it?, i have never used this option before, i have activated it now and the only pop ups i see are when a contact change his nick or disconect the messenger (or sign as offline, but there is no diference)

Not with Plus anyway.
