Sub-groups by Step666 on 01-28-2005 at 06:40 AM

I know that it just ain't possible to add every feature everyone wants to Plus but I think this one'd be quite useful. I'm kinda hoping that someone'll agree with me and take pity and either write it into the next version or create some sorta plug-in that'll allow it (I'm kinda hopeless at that sorta stuff personally).

Anyway, what I'm basically trying to get at is the idea of have groups of contacts with further groups within, displayed in a similar way to directories in explorer.
So that, say, you can have your Friends group with Uni, Work and Home within it (in case you can't work it out, I'm a student).

I was just wondering;
a) what everyone thought about it.
b) is it possible?

Thanks.

Wow, I never thought of it but I like the idea...

A little while ago someone suggested this. I think it's a good idea, but...

It couldn't be possible because of the way the MSN Protocol works, and Messenger Plus! does not mess with the protocol (it's not legal).

Aw.
Pity.

I sorta knew it had to be something like that - I would've been very surprised if I was the first person to ever think of that...

Ta.
I know, I know...

I just thought that if it were possible to do it the other way then it was worth asking.
