Well doin the trick to upgrade my account to 250mb, ive noticed something. i know have the pack feature of msn. u can download emoticons/avatars and background packs just like that. You just need to change in your profile the country to United States, and California State (thats what i picked). Then open msn (you should have done it with it closed) , open msn and you will have the option to choose packs. this looks great, just like Messenger Deluxe! plugin.
Beware. It worked,while doing that trick. but i think it will work just for changing the residence and state. have fun
and dont flame if everyone knew this or has been posted before sorry

I think you can browse the packs only, you can't download them for free....

no man, i just tried.. it works fine. when u click it asks: wanna download and install? and thats it.. just like Messenger Deluxe! plugin.
When i clicked yes, it installed and even putted one halo wp automaticly

nope, its free. i just tried. to be honest i didnt got to try when i first created the thread, but now that two users said that i went there and tried.. and its free

Yeh, the Halo one is free, the others aren't
Try to download another pack and you'll see..

ok the first 3 ones worked. but the others didnt. it asked me to login to messenger website.
But whats weird was, that the first time when i pressed MORE, it poped up a window with everything, and now it asks me to login..
