Doesn't work. I've got .NET framework 2.0 installed and it doesn't work. When I run the install I get a DOS window that says "can't boot" or so, it goes away too fast to read it properly .

Windows-version: Windows XP, 5.01.2600
Messenger-version: 7.0.0425
Messenger Plus!-version: 3.40.0112

the DOS window is for regasm which doesnt work properly, if u manually regasm it it works fine (i havent tested the (!XITUNES) tag coz i dont have it installed and im not downloading 21MB just to test it )

what itunes version is it for because i just installed version 4 but it doesnt work

both versions not working here and i have both frameworks installed properly because other programs work fine

could someone run the installs and press show details then copy and paste the results here plz in full!

i made a little itunes thingy in VB.net but i havent tested it much
try it and see if it works

note: itunes must be running (well duh )

I downloaded it but what do you do with it Lee?

install it then go to Plus! > Plugins > iTunes Plugin

click on Song Artist or Song Title and see if they work

if the plugin doesnt show up then u might have to regasm the dll files

please tell me if it works

decided to try in VB6 because there were too many framework compatibility problems in .net

Edit: the reason i made one is because people liked the idea but it wasnt working in .net so i made it in VB6. if you have a working one already made in VB6 then why didnt u post that instead of posting a .net one which doesnt work?

It can't be that good work if no-one has managaed to work it yet.

if i'm correct this just emulates the (!WAT) tag for itunes. sorry to burst your bubble but this can already be done useing an itunes plugin/patch taht allows you to let programs recognise itunes as winamp. (and minimise to system tray, that features my favorite)

when i origonally posted that, it was a year ago this month. since then things have changed and so far i have found no other way to do this yet. if you find one i'd like to hear about it.

on Messenger Plus the iTunes plugin dnt work ... whats is ment to happen .. i installed other plugins but only this ones acting up ...

nope doesnst work, gets to about 99% then freezes

I tried using the itunes addon, i got the newest version of itunes, msn, and Msg+ but i still cant seem to even get it imported (running windows vista not sure which model of it)
i get this error:
"An error occurred while importing the script files".
