quick anwser: no RE: HTML in msn by Pr0xY on 02-16-2005 at 01:11 AM HTML is not an option in Msn Messenger, and Msg Plus does not offer it either. HTML in Msn Hotmail email is allowed though. RE: HTML in msn by ayjay on 02-16-2005 at 08:30 AM
quote: Depends what you mean by "souping it up". You can add sounds, colour etc with msgplus. Or if you mean the actual program then you can have skins RE: HTML in msn by Stigmata on 02-16-2005 at 08:53 AM
it allows xml RE: HTML in msn by RaceProUK on 02-16-2005 at 01:38 PM
It allows XML, but only in certain forms i.e. specifying the UI layout (hence all the UIFILE resources being XML). RE: HTML in msn by King For A Day on 02-16-2005 at 01:41 PM you can have the tabs in hmtl but how do u plan on souping up a program using web script? RE: HTML in msn by levit0n on 02-19-2005 at 10:01 PM
Thnaks guys (and maybe gals) for your help... By "souping up" I meant anything that is possible to do to mess with msn, including editing the resigistry. I know it would be bacicaly useless, but I would find it sometimes handy. RE: HTML in msn by TheGeek on 02-20-2005 at 01:54 PM
How about replacing the ctrl+b/u/i squares with <b></b> etc? RE: HTML in msn by Eljay on 02-20-2005 at 02:05 PM
quote: u could make msgplus word filters for that example: filter <b> for the bold character, <i> for the italic filter etc. RE: HTML in msn by crank on 02-20-2005 at 03:26 PM Using a word filter you could add a lot of things to make some html-tags work. But a plugin/addon woudl also allow more advanced stuff with parameters and stuff... RE: HTML in msn by levit0n on 02-20-2005 at 06:21 PM
Bold, Italic, and Underline isn't enough. (for me anyway) RE: RE: HTML in msn by TheGeek on 02-21-2005 at 06:22 PM
quote:Nope, tried it, ask Millenium... RE: HTML in msn by RaceProUK on 02-22-2005 at 11:47 AM Then maybe as a plugin? |
