Fireworks Has nice effects and it's simple enough to use. RE: Image editor by user13774 on 02-17-2005 at 08:03 AM
If you don't want the "full" photoshop, you can also get Photoshop Elements (3 is newest, I use 2). It's less complicated then Photoshop CS and it has all the mayor Photoshop functions. RE: Image editor by John Anderton on 02-17-2005 at 08:45 AM
Thanks a million marcus. I'll get it. tbh ps is too complicated. I'll try that and lets see how elements works. I just to make sigs, avatars n some minor changes. Also increase / decrease quality n all RE: Image editor by ~INVASION~ on 02-17-2005 at 08:46 AM

You can try Paint Shop Pro 9 RE: Image editor by John Anderton on 02-19-2005 at 09:41 AM
quote:I dunno why but i hate to do that. I tried that with yahoo on win 98 and my pc used to get slow/hang Ok i got fireworks and mate 2 ameture skins. They aint that good but i like em cause i made them myself So i need to put some finishing touches on it with fireworks. Ne suggestions. I googled it to find tut's but none of em apply. I just want to give it a finish like the rachel bilson sig underneath. http://johnanderton.freefronthost.com/uploads/RachelBilson.gif See that image has horizontal lines. I mean something like that. This is the one i made http://johnanderton.freefronthost.com/uploads/Elisha.gif I made one avatar as well but that was just for fun http://johnanderton.freefronthost.com/uploads/YinYan.jpg Also there is another sig but .... Ok this is that sig http://johnanderton.freefronthost.com/uploads/Matrix.gif EDIT: SInce the img codes werent working i added the urls as well. The url's dont work directly (My dodgy host) but they do if u copy paste them. RE: RE: Image editor by Ash_ on 02-19-2005 at 10:02 AM
quote: the Rachel Bilson one i did, i put an effect called Scanlines, look up some tuts on google. i strongly suggest obtaining Adobe Photoshop. Fireworks sucks behind in my opinion, but i suppose its whatever floats your boat. RE: Image editor by John Anderton on 02-19-2005 at 10:08 AM
quote:I know u made it but u'r alwayz on mobile but never online. Thats why i asked it here so u or someone else would notice. quote:Adobe was too complicated for me back then and i'll only get it on 15th march. Tuts on google ..... i think i said i cant find any useful ones but newayz i did say it now. Fw is easier to use and faster but has very less features. It only has a few like emboss, bevel, hue and all the colour thingies etc ... so there is not much i can do untill i get adobe ps. But still do ne of ya'll know something. I mean how i can give a few finishing touches. RE: Image editor by TGG on 02-19-2005 at 10:59 AM

quote: quote:^^^ Read that ^^^ My dodgy host. U need to copy paste RE: Image editor by TGG on 02-19-2005 at 05:55 PM For the matrix sig i think you need to ladd a layer mask over the picture of neo to make it blend better RE: Image editor by Mike on 02-19-2005 at 06:06 PM
quote:Well, try again I dont think you are still using windows 98? And this isn't yahoo, it jasc (the company that made paint shop pro) RE: Image editor by John Anderton on 02-19-2005 at 06:14 PM
