k here i am sittin and thinkin what does this word L337 means...i know it might sound stupid but it gets me confused so im askin what does it exactly mean?

Yea, if somebody was to say they were leet they would b saying they were really good

well i did this post about sometin in other forum and someone said some men wud scream on top of their voice L337
is this good or bad?
