Is there anyway of sending audio using line in rather than Mic input?

Yes, it all depends in your hardware and software. What are you trying to do?

I've got a mixer for guitar and mic plugged into line in, but the tunign wizard just wants mic input when I use it
soundblaster live and messenger 7 beta
