Handwriting Problem - Printable Version

I have installed the MSN 7.0 private version which has the handwriting tab. The first time I tried to use it I didn't have the things needed for it to work. I install he Journal Viewer, but still the handwriting tool didn't worked. Suddenly the next day it started working. The problem I'm facing righ now is that it sometimes work and sometimes I gives me the message that I need to install or update software. I don't get why sometimes works and sometimes I won't. Any idea? Do I need other software along with the Journal Viewer?

No, you don't need to install other software..just do a windowsupdate.

I just did a custom Windows Update and there is no other software update to install. I have everything up to date here on my laptop. Any ohter suggestions?

My friend can't use Handwriting either... My started to work as soon I got MSN+ and istalled Handwriting... quite strange ^^

Mine works, but not all the time.....one day works fine and the other it won't work
