From what I gathered, the question is to create new groups other than the ones that are already there eg. Cartoons/Games, TV/Movies, Music, Vocals and Sound Effects.
My opinion is that there are already a lot of useless sounds on the server that would be nice to get rid of and I can only imagine the groups that would be made unless they make it so that they stay local on your machine/account.
