this is not a bug
its just that because Patchou doesnt support the leaked versions of MSN Messenger, he hasnt coded a feature to make it colored yet
the way it works in the contact list is not intended and happened by pure chance

i thought it wasnt a Bug as Lee said but wasnt 100% sure,
