Nope. just a stupid program called fun buddy icons.

Its not a virus. It hides those messages so there not irritating to the user. It lets you show these cruddy animated dps with these little blue midgets in them.

go to add remove Fun Buddy Icons. It should be there

Or sweep your computer with Spybot search and destroy or Ad-aware.

is this from the same company that made Smiley Central? Cuz their site looks simmaler

Well, dont worry, its Completly safe. although some assume it has adware, (like me) but i dont think anyones really checked yet
