I know a lot of u need to make msn screenshots, now some ppl just like make the ocnatcts name blurry and I wondered how they do cuz I nee dto do it like ASAP.. so if y'all don't mind..

The easiest way is to just use the smudge tool that you will find in Adobe Photoshop, Ulead Photoimpact, Macromedia Fireworks... the list goes on 
.

Definately the easiest way is Ifranview. Plus it is freeware! One of the best!
