he/she is receiving open convo notifiers because msn 7 loads her DP.....bnut the person is offline, so they have blocked him/her.....
could a plugin be made to check if someone downloads your DP, like change ur dp and then wait a certain time for their msn to load it....if it does and they are offline...they've got you blocked no?

or their status is appear offline? why does everybody want to have a block checker. just be nice to your contacts and they want block you

Afaik, in the latest version when you are set as appear offline and your client tries to download your display picture this message will be displayed. So it isn't reliable. I haven't read the latest news on the protocall in any detail, so I can't be 100% sure...

but it wouldnt be apperaing offline, it would be them online but blocking only you or certain others?

It would have to compare the list it gets from all the msn 7 users that open your convo at startup to a list with online contacts.
