Ok, Help me out here.
I've got a webcam mounted on the ceiling of our conference room and we want to use it for vide conferencing. now i cant for the life of me figure out how to flip the image so it's not upside down. any thoughts ideas or otherwise?

On msn messenger click tools then webcam settings. If you then click advanced, there are options to mirror/flip the image. Hope this helps.
EDIT: This panel could change depending on your camera.

that only flips it sideways....wj wants to flip it vertically i think

Nope on mine theres options to flip vertically and horizontally.
