Why does it says (my translation from french to english) "This message couldn't be sent" when I try to install things like the MSN 7 with the Drawing thing or when I use MSN 6.2 and the plugin to Draw and it still does it even if I uninstalled it ?

It is a known bug that with 6.2 and the Handwriting plugin sometimes messages may not get sent. What you can do is close MSN Messenger and in your folder where you installed Messenger Plus! (Normally C:\Prorgam Files\Messenger Plus! 3\Plugins) you should have Handwriting.dll you can delete this and see if it fixes the problem for you.

to be able to use handwriting in MSN you wil need the ink redist.
